Massachusetts lawmakers file legislation to decriminalize psychedelic mushrooms, other plants
Massachusetts lawmakers have filed bills to end arrests for psilocybin mushrooms, ayahuasca, mescaline and ibogaine. This push for decriminalization at the state level comes after cities decriminalized psychedelic mushrooms and other entheogenic plants.
